Availability and account eligibility
United Kingdom residency
Residents of the United Kingdom may not access our platform or register an account. You must not access our services from another restricted territory or a jurisdiction where access or gambling is prohibited.
Age requirement

Verification

Our rewards and promotions
Offer conditions and balances
We may offer bonuses and promotions at our discretion under our Terms, bonus policy and each offer’s conditions. Participation requires acceptance of those conditions. We may change, add, adjust, suspend or remove offers, and may deny or restrict them for promotion abuse, gambling addiction, irresponsible gambling, Terms violations or technical exploitation. If a review finds collusion, unlawful or improper activity or fraud, we may revoke participation rights. You cannot use Multiple Accounts to claim an offer. Partnership Accounts are excluded from Tournaments, Raffles, King Roo and Astro Roo. Rewards cannot be claimed while an account is restricted, locked or self-excluded, or under investigation and found guilty of a violation. Suspected or past bonus abuse may also end promotional eligibility.
Our bonus and promotion earnings go to the Iron Pouch’s cryptocurrency side unless otherwise specified. Funds received through bonuses, promotions or special offers cannot be converted to its other side, and all Rakeback funds go to the cryptocurrency side. Our general Bonuses and Promotions claim window is 30 days, after which unclaimed rewards are forfeited and cannot be claimed. Individual reward use and claim periods below have their own rules.
Rakeback levels and eligibility
Our four Rakeback types are Instant, Daily, Weekly and Monthly. Claimable amounts depend on factors including activity, deposit and withdrawal regularity, win and loss streaks and chosen games. Rewards increase with each level except for Instant Rakeback. The maximum level is 30, and wagers advance your level except when bets are refunded, voided or cancelled. You can view rewards from the past 30 days and upcoming rewards for the next 14 days.
You receive no Rakeback while a deposit bonus wagering requirement applies. Roowards, including Rakebacks, cannot be claimed while an account lock or restriction remains. Repeated claims in the same period through a bug, exploit or hack breach our Terms. We may change, suspend or remove a Rakeback at our sole discretion.
Instant Rakeback
Our Instant Rakeback can be claimed every 30 minutes and never expires. Claiming it adds 50% of the available balance to your account and another 50% to your Vault, claimable over the next 3 calendar days.
Daily Rakeback
Our Daily Rakeback can be claimed once per day and resets at 00:00 UTC. The previous reward becomes unclaimable when the next day’s reward becomes available. It credits your available account balance based on your current level, with additional Vault funds claimable over the next 7 days.
Weekly Rakeback
Our Weekly Rakeback can be claimed once per week and resets on Saturday at 00:00 UTC. An unclaimed reward becomes unavailable when the next week’s reward is released. Your current level determines the credit to your available account balance, while additional Vault funds can be claimed over the next 14 days.
Monthly Rakeback
Our Monthly Rakeback can be claimed once per month and resets on the first of the month at 00:00 UTC. The prior reward becomes unclaimable when the next month’s reward becomes available. We credit your available account balance based on your current level and add further Vault funds claimable over the next 14 days.
Rakeback Vault
Each Rakeback you claim adds funds to your Vault. It stores additional funds for up to 14 days and provides periodic rewards based on Rakebacks claimed in the previous 14 days. A portion becomes available every 8 hours starting at 00:00 UTC, with up to 3 claims each day. Each release expires 24 hours after becoming available.
Rakeboosts
Our Rakeboosts increase funds added to Rakeback and can be received for many activities. They do not stack or queue. The highest applies automatically, and a lower boost applies afterwards if the higher one expires first. Slot Potato boosts only Instant Rakeback. We may change, suspend or remove any Rakeboost at our sole discretion.
RooSpins
Our RooSpins let you play a slot round without betting your funds and keep winnings from that round, although we may restrict eligible Slot Games. RooSpins normally expire after 7 days, lose their value when unusable and send winnings directly to the Iron Pouch cryptocurrency side. An offer or event may set a different expiry, while an ongoing promotion may set a different winnings destination. If promotion material, a loyalty bonus or a tournament gives no value, each RooSpin defaults to 1 USD. RooSpins cannot be exchanged for cash.
Bonus Buy Feature
Our Bonus Buy Feature Offer may be awarded through promotions, rewards or special offers. It opens and plays the chosen slot’s bonus feature for the total amount without betting your funds, and we may restrict its use to individual Slot Games. You can resume an interrupted feature before expiry, with the way it plays out depending on the slot. Funding your Iron Pouch
Use the Deposit options available to you in our Cashier to add funds to your Iron Pouch. The Cashier includes Deposit, Withdraw and Buy Crypto tabs and displays limits, network fees and estimated processing speed. For crypto, you can transfer from your wallet or a connected exchange or wallet. Swapped supports an on-site crypto purchase. For fiat, choose Cash and a currency.

Depending on your region, our fiat deposit options include bank transfers, Mastercard/Visa credit or debit cards and available digital wallets such as Skrill, Interac and AstroPay.
Deposit amounts, fees and timing
We may set and change the minimum deposit amount shown on our platform. Payment providers may charge additional fees depending on the method, and a 1% deposit fee is automatically deducted from all successful fiat deposits. Deposits are immediately processed and balances updated at our processing stage, but provider delays remain possible. Crypto deposits wait for the network’s required blockchain confirmation, transfer fees vary by network, and the wallet balance usually appears shortly after validation.
Ownership and deposit checks
Deposit and withdrawal methods and wallets must belong to you. Deposits must be for betting, not funded by illicit or unauthorised activity, and wallets linked to illicit activity must not be used. Do not try to deposit while your account is suspended, blocked or under self-exclusion. We may use additional identity checks and refuse a deposit at our discretion. Provider or financial-institution security systems outside our control may partially or fully decline legitimate cards without telling us why. Requests for identity or card-authorisation documents may slightly delay a deposit or withdrawal.
Withdrawals
Making a request
You can withdraw Iron Pouch funds using methods available to you after wagering your deposit. For a crypto request, choose a coin, enter an address and confirm. Supported funding and cash-out currencies include Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, Dogecoin, Litecoin, Ripple and USD Coin.
Minimums and prerequisites
We may set and change the minimum withdrawal amount identified on our platform. Payment providers or we may charge additional fees depending on your payment method. We may refuse withdrawals until your identity is fully verified, we have confirmed your ownership of the payment method, you have supplied all requested additional information and you have complied with the minimum wager requirement for each deposit.
Review of requests
We may reject multiple pending withdrawals and request one combined withdrawal. Before processing any withdrawal, we may carry out enhanced due diligence and investigate account and gaming activity. If we reasonably suspect a breach of our Terms or applicable law or regulation, we may at our discretion delay or decline further deposits, withdrawals or gameplay during the investigation, without necessarily being able to explain its nature.
Fiat withdrawals
Our fiat withdrawals use the same method as the deposit unless that is impossible and you prove ownership of an alternative. If you deposited through multiple methods, we may split a withdrawal across them at our discretion. A 2% withdrawal fee applies from the tenth fiat withdrawal inclusive in a running 30-day period when you reach 10 or more fiat withdrawals.
Crypto withdrawals and arrival
Our crypto withdrawals go to the cryptocurrency wallet address in your valid request. You alone are responsible for selecting and providing that address, and we are not liable for errors caused by an incorrect or invalid address. A withdrawal request may undergo a compliance verification check before approval. We then send an approved payout to the blockchain, where arrival depends on network traffic and confirmation speeds. Congestion may delay it, and we provide a transaction hash to track the transfer.
Transaction concerns
For transaction concerns or disputes, you agree to contact us directly and try to resolve the issue in good faith before initiating a chargeback.
Our sportsbook
Sports, markets and live tools
Our sportsbook covers international leagues, tournaments and events, including Premier League football, NBA basketball, CS2 esports and cricket. Markets include spreads, totals and props, with real-time live odds, occasional live streaming, multiple odds formats, a live match tracker, Quick Bet and a Betslip. You can use the Event Bet Builder for custom multis.
Bet acceptance
We may decline all or part of a requested bet at our discretion, and you place bets at your own risk. A bet requires sufficient funds and becomes valid only when we accept it. We allocate funds in placement order, making them unavailable for other use. Each valid bet receives a unique transaction code. We are not liable for settling a bet without that code, and you can use account history or support if its validity is unclear. Card-funded bets require full payment before the event begins or they are automatically void. You may not place Sportsbook bets while an active deposit bonus wagering requirement applies.
Changes and cancellation
You are responsible for correct bet details. Once placed, bets cannot be cancelled and can only be changed through available edit features. We may cancel fraudulent bets or bets made on wrong odds or odds affected by technical errors.
Voids and integrity reviews
We will declare a bet partially or fully void and may close the account if we believe you or associated people may have influenced an outcome or have insider knowledge, are involved in arbitrage or matched betting, or ignore the Rules. The same action applies if criminal activity affects the result, a significant change in odds occurs, or a technical issue, mistake, misprint or circumstance outside our control causes an offer or acceptance we would not otherwise allow. It also applies if we believe automated systems or players placed the bet, event-feed information is erroneous, or betting patterns are irregular or unusual.
Evidence may include the size, volume or pattern of transactions across our betting channels. If our investigation or an applicable sport-governing-body investigation finds no fraudulent or unlawful conduct, we complete settlement, and the governing body’s decision is conclusive. Evidence of repeated transactions with the same selections by or for an individual, group or syndicate may lead us to void them or withhold returns pending investigation. We are not liable where you deliberately act in bad faith to exploit obvious odds, spread, handicap, total or cash-out errors, bets accepted on closed or suspended markets, incorrect settlement or payment including cash-out or void errors involving a selected Void if player does not start condition, or random-number-generator or pay-table errors.
Sportsbook bonus rules
Our bonus Bet options must be used within 7 days unless otherwise specified, after which they become unusable and void, and they cannot be exchanged for cash. Free Cash Bet, Free Bet and Risk-Free Bet each apply to a single bet with default odds from 1.7 to 1000 unless otherwise stated. Promotion-specific minimum odds, game and time restrictions may apply. Winnings go to the Iron Pouch cryptocurrency side unless an ongoing promotion specifies otherwise.
Free Cash Bet
Our Free Cash Bet returns the displayed stake plus the win if successful.
Free Bet
Our Free Bet returns the won amount minus the displayed stake if successful.
Risk-Free Bet
Our named Risk-Free Bet refunds a losing bet only up to the amount displayed in its promotional material.
Odds Booster
Our Odds Booster applies only to featured games we choose until further notice and only to pre-match Sportsbook single bets. Participate by betting on a featured match, with one use per game. Cashing out makes you ineligible. We choose the matches, markets and size of the increase at our sole discretion.
Hot Combos
Our Hot Combos are selected sporting events displayed at the bottom right of the Sportsbook homepage. Enter by placing a bet, with all Combi Bet conditions applying. They add a multiplier of at least x1.15 to displayed selection odds. We select the matches and markets at our sole discretion.
Roo’s Specials
Our Roo’s Specials are pre-selected parlays on selected sporting events in the pre-match Sportsbook only. Choose a displayed special, enter an amount and click bet. All Combi Bet conditions apply. Match and market selection is at our sole discretion.
Responsible gambling and account controls
Player limits
Our deposit limits help you set the cryptocurrency amount added to your account. Our daily, weekly or monthly betting and loss limits monitor activity across the platform. When either limit is reached, further bets are blocked for the rest of the chosen schedule. Active limits remain in place until changed.
Starting self-exclusion
Start our self-exclusion process in your account’s Responsible Gambling tab. Verify your password and complete a 24-hour cooldown covering Casino, Sportsbook or both before the next step unlocks. Then verify your password again, select excluded sections up to the whole platform and choose a duration, including permanent exclusion. We display a summary before confirmation.
Cooldown and exclusion scope
During the cooldown, you cannot bet in the sections you selected, but can still claim remaining Vault rewards and bonuses or promotions in which you participated. Section-only exclusion removes access to the selected Casino or Sportsbook while leaving other sections and those reward claims accessible. Full self-exclusion blocks login and reward claims and loses website progress. Permanent exclusion blocks your account permanently and prevents you from creating a new one. If you do not press exclude after the cooldown, the self-exclusion process stops and the account restriction ends when the cooldown concludes.
Duration and help
After the initial 24 hours, our longer self-exclusion choices include a day, a week, a month or a year, with a maximum chosen period of 5 years or permanent exclusion. Once selected, exclusion will not be undone during your chosen period or modified or cancelled by our team.
