Who we are

Roobet is operated by Raw Entertainment B.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao under company number 157205. The Government of Curaçao granted us casino licence OGL/2024/687/0427.

Raw Entertainment Ltd is our group company in Cyprus and handles fiat transactions as the paying and operational agent for Raw Entertainment B.V.

When you create a Roobet account or use our services, you agree to these terms and the policies that form part of them. They also cover privacy, anti-money laundering and responsible gambling. Separate rules govern bonuses and promotions, casino games, sportsbook activity and chat.

Eligibility and restricted territories

You must be at least 18 years old, or meet any higher legal age that applies where you live. You must have the legal capacity to enter an agreement with us and may play only for yourself, for recreation, and at your own risk.

The United Kingdom is one of our Restricted Territories, so its residents may not access Roobet or register an account.

You must not use Roobet from any place where online gambling or access to our services is unlawful. It is your responsibility to understand the rules that apply in your location.

Your account

You may hold only one Roobet account. During registration, you must give us complete and accurate details, including your name, date of birth, address and email address. Keep these details current and tell us promptly if anything changes.

If you or a close relative creates another account that shares a device, household, internet connection or another link with an existing account, contact our support team immediately. The connected account may be used only after we give written permission. Accounts may not be sold, transferred, borrowed or acquired from another player.

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password and two-factor authentication secure. Tell us immediately if you become aware of unauthorised access or another security breach.

Identity checks

We may request documents and information to confirm your identity, age and location. We can also review the source of funds, payment ownership, account activity and eligibility to use our services.

Deposits, withdrawals or other services may be restricted while these checks are incomplete. We may ask for further information before processing a transaction and may delay or refuse activity when checks reveal a legal, security or compliance concern.

The Iron Pouch

The Iron Pouch is your Roobet wallet. Funds used for our services are held there, but it is not a bank account, long-term store of assets or investment product.

You may fund it with the crypto and fiat options offered to you. Available methods can depend on your region. Every payment method and crypto wallet you use must belong to you. Deposits must come from lawful sources and be made for placing bets or wagers with us.

We may set or change minimum deposit amounts and decline a deposit. Payment providers may also apply their own charges. We deduct a 1% fee from every successful fiat deposit.

Withdrawals

Each deposit must be wagered before the related funds can be withdrawn. We may carry out enhanced checks on your identity, payment method, account and gaming activity before approving a request. A withdrawal can remain unavailable until verification is complete, requested information has been supplied, the payment method belongs to you and the wagering requirement for every deposit has been met.

For a fiat withdrawal, use the same method used to deposit. If that is not possible, we may accept another method after you prove it belongs to you. From the tenth fiat withdrawal within any running 30-day period, we charge 2% on that withdrawal and each further fiat withdrawal during the same period.

Crypto withdrawals go to the wallet address entered with your request. You are responsible for choosing the correct address and a compatible wallet. We are not responsible for loss caused by an incorrect or invalid address.

We may set minimum withdrawal amounts. If several requests are pending, we may reject them and ask you to submit one request for their combined value.

Bonuses and promotions

We may offer bonuses or promotions under the Bonus and Promotion Policy and the specific conditions shown for each offer. A bonus or promotion must be claimed within 30 days or it expires.

Offers are limited to one account. You may not use additional or connected accounts to claim a reward more than once. Bonus and promotion funds normally enter the crypto side of the Iron Pouch and cannot be moved to its other side unless the offer provides otherwise.

We may change, suspend or remove an offer. We may also deny or withdraw bonus access where we identify abuse, unfair coordination, fraud, technical exploitation, irresponsible play or another breach of our rules.

Fair play and account action

You must not cheat, collude, manipulate outcomes, use unlawful funds, exploit errors, act for another person or use automated methods to gain an unfair advantage. You must also comply with our rules and all laws that apply to you.

We may restrict, suspend or close an account if we reasonably suspect fraud, collusion, illegal activity, unfair play, a compromised account or another breach. We may void affected bets, stop transactions while we investigate, and freeze remaining funds where our terms permit. We may also act when responsible-gambling concerns make continued access unsafe.

Complaints and disputes

Contact our support team first if you have a question, complaint or dispute about these terms, a transaction or our services. We will handle the matter through our internal complaints process.

If the internal process does not resolve the complaint, either you or we may refer it to Resolvo Curaçao for binding alternative dispute resolution. This service is free for players.

These terms and any related contractual or non-contractual dispute are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Our internal complaints process must be used before another legal or equitable remedy is pursued.
